Tenant Fee's

£150 - Administration fee charged per tenant

This covers all the paperwork and the setup of the AST

£99.00 - Tenancy Renewal

If you wish to renew your tenancy agreement please notify us at least 2 months in advance. A fee will then be applied. For some tenancy agreement’s we may require a new credit check to ensure you still have affordability.

£59 - Tenant & Guarantor Referencing

As part of the application process, we will carry out a reference check on each individual over 18 years of age and who will be added to the tenancy agreement. The referencing process will check your affordability, past references from both landlord and employer and your credit file. If you believe you have an adverse credit history please inform us prior to the checks we carry out as failing a reference check will result in you losing your holding fee.

£199 - Check Out

A check out will be carried out when you are about to leave the property. This report will be compared with the inventory report that was created at the start of the tenancy agreement. What we will be looking out for is any damages there may be at the property or any issues that would cause us a problem renting out the property after you leave. We do consider fair wear and tear and will only look at serious issues. Should we find any issues you as the tenant will be liable for, we will deduct the costs of repair or replacement from your holding deposit.

£299 - Holding Fee

At the beginning of your application, we will take a holding fee of £299. This fee is offset against the final balance you pay us before moving into the property. This fee act’s as a guarantee from you to the landlord that you are serious about renting their respective property.
